Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respectPresent the best solution to properly repair our guest vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understandManage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient mannerConsistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrityMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesCommit to Continuous Growth & Feedback: Maintain a highly coachable mindset by actively seeking out and welcoming constructive feedback, treating excellence as a daily discipline to constantly refine your communication skills and elevate the guest experience.Communicate on the phone in a clear, professional mannerBuild long-term relationships between the store, yourself and our guestDirects, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activitiesShuttle guest as needed in CBA-branded vehicleEnsure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.Work together as a team and assist other employees as neededTech-Forward Execution: Seamlessly adopt and leverage modern platforms and new tech, such as AI tools, to optimize your daily workflow, handle digital communications, and maximize sales and guest service opportunities.Other duties as assigned
